Nicholas Holmes

Nicholas Harold Holmes was born on November 8th, 1979 to a happy family living in Highlands Ranch, CO. He had an average childhood and was a good kid, got good grades, etc. Then in 1991 at age 12, He starred as Pat in Pools of Anger. After that, nothing extraordinary happened until googly eyes for Leah Ackerman, he finished High School and moved on to attend college at CSU (Colorado State University) and graduated in 2002. He then went on to marry Leah Ackerman, a Northwestern University volleyball player in 2002. Later on, in 2007 he was deployed with the USAF to fly F-16 Fighting Falcons during Operation Desert Storm. In 2009 his first child, Payson Holmes was born. In 2011, he was selected by the USAF Thunderbirds to be the slot pilot for their demonstration team. In 2013 he left the USAF Thunderbirds and was re-stationed at Luke Air Force Base, AZ. In November of 2013 his second child, Palmer Holmes was born. In 2015, Nick joined United Airlines as a Boeing 767 pilot. In 2018 he left the Boeing 767 for the newer Boeing 787. In early 2023 Nick plans on retiring from the United States Air Force with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. Now he lives a happy life raising his two children in Litchfield Park Arizona.
