As Chief Revenue Officer of Forbes, Jessica Sibley leads all revenue-generating initiatives as well as business and financial operations for the world's largest business media brand. Recognized by her peers as an innovative sales executive and brand marketer, Sibley is responsible for Forbes' industry-leading BrandVoice, Insights and ForbesLive platforms, as well as the company's direct digital advertising sales, programmatic, ad operations, paid social, brand strategy, integrated marketing, strategic partnerships, licensing, and client-specific lead generation. Sibley consistently leads her team to new heights. Under her direction, the revenue team in 2018, 2019 and 2020 achieved three consecutive years of growth in overall revenue, the number of premium custom-content campaigns executed on behalf of top tier clients, and proliferation of ForbesLive and custom events, which have generated significant new and recurring revenue streams. In 2020, Sibley established Forbes Virtual, which in six months hosted more than 100 virtual events built around 300 world-renowned speakers and which attracted over 50,000 attendees from 188 countries. A champion of the diverse communities Forbes serves, Sibley consistently launches new initiatives to support underrepresented voices around the world. She was instrumental in bringing For(bes) the Culture in-house and establishing it as Forbes' official community of inclusion to help shape conversations and drive representation. She created Forbes' Representation & Inclusion Practice to help the world's top brands advocate for historically marginalized communities within business and entrepreneurship, and she launched BrandVoice EQ, which gives business and nonprofit leaders the space to share stories on Forbes.com at no cost. Among the many innovations Sibley has introduced are: ForbesOne, a proprietary first-party data initiative that utilizes interactive contact points within the Forbes ecosystem to build data-rich segments and thematic insights designed to elevate a client's brand; Forbes Demand Engine, a service for marketing partners seeking guaranteed marketing qualified leads for business growth; Executive Agenda that brings an executive point-of-view to the forefront of the discussion via custom branded content; and a first-ever Forbes CxO Growth Survey, which revealed how more than 500 global C-level executives would operate in a post-pandemic world. Additional success stories include Forbes' partnership with Kerv, a video intelligence platform that allows Forbes to offer both video pre-roll and branded video content as an interactive, shoppable experience on Forbes.com and expanded Forbes' suite of top-performing digital ad product units.
