Brooke Feldman

Brooke Feldman's passion for cooking began before she could even reach the stove; when at 4-years old, she would climb on to a stepladder to cook with her grandmother. Born and raised in Toronto, Canada, her food has always been influenced by the diversity in the people surrounding her. Brooke fell in love with the food and flavours she had the opportunity to experience in the homes of her childhood friends and this became the root of her ethnic fusion style of cooking. While working for over 20 years as a professional make-up artist, Brooke always cooked as a hobby. When a friend told her about his upcoming audition for MasterChef Canada, Brooke, being the loving and supportive friend that she is, offered to attend to cheer him on. He immediately laughed and said, "No, you are auditioning too!" That is where her journey towards being a professional chef began. Round after round, Brooke's food continued to impress the judges. In the end, she beat out thousands of home cooks, finishing in the Top 14 on MasterChef Canada's first season. Brooke's experience on MasterChef Canada taught her so much about herself. She realized there is nothing in the world she would rather be doing and immediately took the necessary steps to turn her passion into a career. Since then Brooke has lent her talents and tasty offerings in support of several charity events, including being one of the top fundraisers for the KitchenAid Cook for the Cure Culinary Showdown in support of the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation, where she had the opportunity to cook alongside Chef Mark McEwan. Now, with her company @eatinwithbrooke, Brooke caters private events, taking the amazing traditional ethnic comfort foods she grew up eating and elevating them to fine dining. She is also passionate about helping clients become healthy and fit with organic meal prep. Brooke understands that building her brand is also an important aspect of being a successful chef. Fortunately for everyone's taste buds, Brooke's brand is delicious!
