Rakesh Kumar Shah

He is an FTII TV Direction (2016-17) pass-out alumni & Independent filmmaker. He has directed AD films and short films. His diploma film Avyakt (the untold story) Won - Special Jury Mention Award of International Film Festival of MP, Madhya Pradesh & Best Storyboard Award of Jharkhand International Film Festival & Awards, Ranchi, Jharkhand. His independent short film That Coffee Won - Festival Mention & Best Editing Award at Eye Insignia Film Festival 2022 and Best Promising Film Award at Royal Peacock Film Festival 22. His other short film Pankh Best Promising Film Award at Royal Peacock Film Festival 22. Before FTII, he was actively associated with theatre. He has directed lots of plays related to social issues. He has also directed Ranjeet Kapoor's play Chainpur ki Dastan, Narendra Kohli's Shambuk ki Hatya, and Shankar Shesh's Ek Aur Dronacharya. etc... Apart from this, He was running his own Theatre group and production house "The Indian Feel".
