Tara Sibel

Tara Sibel is an entrepreneur, artist, writer, director and producer. She co-founded RIVA Studios and Film Launchpad where she is writing, directing and producing several original feature films and TV series. In 2022, she founded RIVA Film Fund (RFF) which is a film fund dedicated to producing independent and international films that champion the human spirit aimed for global distribution. Born in Paris (September 10, 1995) to loving parents from Istanbul and New York City, Tara was raised in Miami as a global citizen and fell in love with art, philosophy, and design at the young age of 12. Before the age of 25, she partook in building three tech startups, having one exit, and started a green fund.
