Lynn Boughey is a novelist and screenwriter who is also taught university level classes. His first novel, Mission to Chara (2000), is a spy novel that takes place in Russia and military bases throughout the world. His second book, Harry Potter and the Art of Spying (2014) - co-authored with Peter Ernest - is the #1 seller at the International Spy Museum in Washington DC. The follow-on book geared more for children but purchased also by adults is Harry Potter and the Art of Spying: Young Agent Edition (2014). Lynn's next book is a present-day, murder mystery novel that takes place almost entirely in Washington DC and is titled The Angels Among Us (forthcoming January 2023). The main character, Ray Castellani, is slowly going insane as he solves various cases with his new partner, Horatio. Both characters are very well-read and make regular references to various works of literature, movies, and music of the 1960s through the 1980s. Each of the four novels is being developed into 6-10 episodes designed for streaming networks. Lynn also served as a producer for the movie Van Hook (2001) and performed a minor role as a priest.
