Carter D. James

Carter D. James hails from Chicago, IL. He expressed an early interest in the movie industry at the age of 7. Carter wrote and starred in his first short-film, Junk Food Kids, at age 8. This film won a Director's Pick and People's Choice Award from the Kid's Filmed It Film Festival in 2021. Carter recently played the role of Sausage Link in the stage play, The Fairy Tale Network. He's continually honing his artistic abilities through acting classes with Chicago Actor Studio. He's also acted in commercials for entities such as the Indiana Tourism Board, Womple Box, and the Wintrust Sports Complex in Bedford Park, IL. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, writing movie scripts, practicing the guitar, and playing basketball.
