Ashaya Laurel

Ashaya Laurel Tolliver was born in Chicago, IL on August 16, 2016. As a toddler, young Ashaya loved to perform singing and dancing in front on family, and loved to make them laugh. Laurel and her family moved to the Los Angeles area in 2018. Ashaya's parents enrolled her in Enadia Way Charter School at the age of 5. Her teacher, Mrs. Paniagua took a special interest in Ashaya Laurel, noting, as family had, that Ashaya was an extremely intelligent and cooperative child, quick to learn and full of enthusiasm. Tate Mitchell, Laurel's piano teacher, began to instruct Ashaya with ongoing classical piano lessons at the age of 5. Laurel's parents noticed her passion for gymnastics and enrolled Ashaya in ongoing gymnastics classes at Dream Elite Gymnastics Academy.
