Michael J. Bittner was born on July 31, 1986 in Flemington, NJ to Michael Bittner Sr. and Donna Mowrey. Michael is an American haunt, stage and film actor, makeup artist, and audio/visual hand most notable for his recurring performance as Cain Luszar at the Hotel of Horror in Saylorsburg, PA as well as a small "cameo" as Cain in the 2012 Corey Feldman thriller, Six Degrees Of Hell. Michael has 3 children, all of whom are boys and resides in Fountain Hill, PA. Michael first started acting as a child for his parents in their home in Washington, NJ to pass the time. Upon moving to the Lehigh Valley in PA, Michaels developed an interest in horror, gore and cult fiction. In October of 2003, Michaels began his horror acting career as Crazy Carl The Butcher in the Gates of Hell haunted walk at Terror On Lehigh Street in Easton, PA. After 3 seasons, the haunt closed its doors and Michael brought his talent to Family Fright Nights in Glen Gardner, NJ and played Thomas Hewitt in a Legends of Horror hayride produced by Dark Forest Creations for the 2006 and 2007 Halloween seasons. At this time, Michael began acting in the dramatic arts team known as the Tators at Westbridge Community Church. Throughout his time doing this, Michael performed in over 25 short dramas during church service and special events. In 2008, Michael joined the lineup at the New Hotel of Horror in Saylorsburg, PA as his original character of Cain Luszar. In April of 2010, Michael performed as an extra in The Pizza Man, an original short film written and directed by Matthew Burd and produced by Horror Shop Films in association with Invasion Cinema Productions starring Stacy Casebeer, John Fanjoy, Brian Miller, Steve Vil and Danielle Tempier. Later, in the summer of 2010 Michael returned to the set of The Pizza Man to fill in for Grip, Boom Operator and Consultant to Special Effects Director, John Fanjoy. During the Halloween season of 2010, Michael revamped his role as Cain Luszar at the newly renovated and newly managed Hotel of Horror. Together with his brother Karey Bittner, Michael created the brother to Cain, Mac Luszar played by Karey himself. Following the very successful season, Michael launched Phreak U Entertainment which is a horror entertainment group currently responsible for the creation of images, wardrobe and back story of haunt actors, reviews of horror movies and haunted attractions and will soon begin writing and producing dinner theater events with many other ideas for the future. In summer of 2011, Michael joined his fellow Hotel of Horror actors filming Six Degrees of Hell starring Corey Feldman, written and produced by Bruce Smith and Directed by Joe Raffa. The film is set for a fall 2012 release.
