Piotr Zlotorowicz is a film director and screenwriter based in Warsaw, Poland. Born in 1982. He graduated from Electrical Engineering but decided to pursue his dream of writing and directing movies, which led him to study Film Directing at the Polish National Film School. He is known for his student films "Charcoal Burners" (2010) and "Normal People" (2011). His graduation film "Mother Earth" (2014) was awarded at 67th Locarno Film Festival. Piotr's achievements include being nominated as one of the five most promising young Polish film directors by RMF Classic radio channel. In 2012 he won the "Young Talent Award" by the Polish Radio for the best film director under thirty years old. He made his theater debut directing the monodrama "Every Brilliant Thing" (2019) produced by the Polonia Theater.
