Phil M. Costa

Phil M. Costa was born and raised in Teaneck, NJ. He attended Teaneck High School and was a member of the Arts Academy. He attended Baylor University and graduated in 2014 with a degree in Film & Digital Media. He lives in Los Angeles where he runs Good Cop/Good Cop, LLC with his partner Kellsie Domnitz. Since 2020, they've produced 7 short films (4 completed, 2 in Post-Production, and 1 in Pre-production as of Feb 23'), all of which have won awards on the film festival circuit. He works in Los Angeles as a Digital Utility in the camera department and a member of the IATSE Local 600 International Cinematographers Guild.
