Michael Gent was born in Salt Lake City, Utah in 1969 and became fascinated with Evel Knievel at the tender age of four and began jumping his bicycle over anything he could find in his way. Over the years, he perfected his skills and in 1983, at the top of his racing game, he decided to enter the performance realm and began doing BMX bicycle stunt shows across the globe. Working with one of the best bicycle companies, HARO Bikes, he started working directly with Mountain Dew as the Mountain Dew Trick Team and performances included touring with the Beach Boys, Stadium shows across the country, and his diligence started the halftime craze with stunt performances beginning with halftime shows with the Utah Jazz and moving forward through a three year stint with most NBA teams and into NFL as well. Having bit parts in several movies and commercials was not enough and Michael began creating a company that produces commercials and supplies stunt performers for film. In 2008 he was to jump a motorcycle in Las Vegas over a football field but an injury passed that event to newcomer at the time Robbie Maddison who has since become a Red Bull Team rider and has successfully taken several World Records in not only jumping, but other motorcycle areas. Now, 2017, Michael has plans to complete a 9 part television commercial for his new company, RevvoWorld and is preparing to take the motorcycle distance record back under his belt by jumping ramp to ramp over 400 feet.
