Thomas Pepper is a Toronto-based TV writer and filmmaker whose film and television credits include Sarah Polley's Take This Waltz, CTV's Saving Hope, and Syfy's Surreal Estate. In April of 2017, Thomas won the "Telefilm New Voices Award," presented by the Toronto Screenwriting Conference, for his Spanish-language baseball drama Switch Hitter. His third short film, Tuesday 10:08AM, won Best Short Film at the 2017 Director's Guild of Canada Awards. It has also screened across North America. After two seasons writing on CTV's hit medical drama Saving Hope, Thomas moved to the Syfy drama Surreal Estate as a Story Editor and Script Coordinator. He is in development with several projects for both film and television.
