Robbie is a filmmaker from Ottawa, Canada, working as a producer, writer and editor for television, digital content and independent projects. Robbie studied Film & Television at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, during which time he worked below-the-line on a number of independent short and feature films. Since 2016, as a producer for the fashion media company Videofashion, Robbie oversee the production of an extensive slate of broadcast programming and digital content for worldwide distribution. Content produced by Robbie airs on Hola! TV in 23 countries including the US and Mexico, and is available on Amazon Prime, Roku and more. He also produces and edits content for various clients, such as Anne Klein and GrayMeta. Independently, Robbie wrote, directed and produced the horror shorts Scorch, The Woods and Ed, which premiered at the Brooklyn Horror Film Festival (in 2017, 2018 and 2019). The Woods went on to screen at the New York Shorts International Film Festival, and was a featured selection on Film Shortage. Robbie has produced short films including coming-of-age drama Still Grove, queer sci-fi horror I-RIS, and the Open (written and directed by Noel J. Estrada). He has produced music videos, including "Summer" and "Manic Pixie Dream" for Chloe Lilac (RCA Records). His screenplays have placed in multiple prominent competitions including the ScreenCraft Writing Fellowship (2020 semifinalist) and HollyShorts (2020 finalist).
