Alex Aspiazu

Alex Aspiazu has lent her talents to community theaters and worked on independent films around the world since she was a young teenager. Her first motion picture role was as Alegria in the internationally acclaimed Ecuadorian film Ratas Ratones Rateros (1999). Her first American feature, Whatever Makes You Happy, toured the festival circuit and earned a handful of independent film awards. When she is not performing, she is working at a nature preserve introducing young children to the outdoors and occasionally serving as a doula, assisting pregnant mothers in their births.
