Charlie Ivon Maisonet

Charlie Ivon Maisonet is a filmmaker of many talents. Since 2010 Maisonet has made over 10 short films and features, functioning as writer, director, producer, DP, actress and stunt coordinator on nearly all. In her own words " To write a SPINE-CHILLING movie you MUST be willing to walk through the nightmare ." Her body of work reflects her intensity and commitment to filmmaking and a never say " I give up" attitude. Her ability to tell stories was honed in a fascinating way to draw her audience and being able to deliver a dramatic and surprising ending . CURSED is set in the Summertime on a Coffee plantation in San Jose, Costa Rica called "Hacienda La Hechicera" which translates to "The sorceress Estate" this horror thriller follows the life of Bruce Monroe psychologist and owner of the infamous coffee plantation Rosa Blanca. Charlie Ivon Maisoinet attended Adelphi University, where she studied Communication, Film and Television production.
