Luis Lozano

Luis Carlos Lozano was born in 1965 in Tulua, Valle, Colombia. He has lived in Ipiales, Nariño, Colombia, a city near the Ecuadorian border, since 1985. He is known for Garden of Amapolas (2012) and has collaborated (2015) in ongoing projects with a local film production company, Chirimoya Films, which is based in Nariño, Colombia.
