Mark Manson

Mark Manson has spent his entire life working in public safety. He served six years in the United States Coast Guard as a Operations Specialist/Anti Submarine Air Controller. After his commitment to the service, He was hired as a Police Officer in 1994 and retired in July 2018. As a police officer, Mark was assigned to many units such as Community Service Officer, the departments Conditions Unit which dealt with street level narcotics, gun violations and gangs. Mark was a Detective in the Narcotics Division where he investigated serious drug violations. He was also assigned to the Police Academy where he worked as a Physical Fitness Instructor and taught Motor Vehicle Law. While assigned to the Academy, Mark developed the departments Recruiting Unit and worked as a full time Recruiter. Mark was also trained as a Hostage Negotiator by the FBI and has negotiated several high profile cases. Prior to his retirement, he was assigned to the Patrol Division.
