Nicolás Nørgaard Staffolani

Nicolás Staffolani's feature documentary credits include Cold Case Hammarskjöld (Directing Award - Sundance 2019), The Mole (Documentary of the year - Danish Film Academy Awards 2021) and The Lost Leonardo (2021). His work has been globally distributed, and has reached audiences in theaters and TV around the world. He thrives with complex plots and always keeps a steady hand allowing the stories to go off the beaten path but without ever getting lost. Humour, irony and awkwardness are his weapons of choice when crafting dramatic stories. Nicolás works internationally on both sides of the Atlantic and he's currently based in Copenhagen with his wife and two sons.
