Christine Huddle grew up in Elmira, New York, the oldest of 4 girls. The daughter of a thoracic surgeon and an artist, she loved both science and the arts from a very early age. She also had a secret obsession with comedy. In junior high, Christine began writing short stories and performing in school plays. During high school, Christine was accepted into the New York State Summer School of the Arts where she studied acting in a conservatory setting. She then attended Cornell University, where she majored in theater and appeared in several of the school's Equity stage productions. After graduation, Christine appeared in leading and supporting roles in regional Equity theaters in New York, Michigan, and Chicago while studying Meisner Technique. In Chicago, Christine enrolled at the Second City, completed the Conservatory Program, and performed in several student sketch shows which she co-wrote. After going on to complete the training programs at IO Chicago and the Annoyance Theater, she spent time performing in various sketch and improv troupes around Chicago. Upon moving to southern California in 2006, Christine studied at the Groundlings Theater and Margie Haber Studios, and appeared in online shorts for the Second City Network. She also wrote and performed stand-up comedy sets for Sand Up 4 Cancer. She has performed at the LA Comedy Festival, the San Diego Fringe Festival, and the San Diego Improv Festival.
