Spain has been involved in acting since he was 5 years old. After studying at various creative theaters and a few summers at Stagedoor Manor. Spain began his sketch comedy career while attending Columbia Film School in Chicago. The troupe was successful and had 3 seasons/years, and upon graduating he relocated to to San Francisco where he made his first feature length film, "The Pure Party". It was an experimental way to shoot a film; no script, all improv, & a year later Spain penned the screenplay to "First World Problems" and also directed the ambitious Film. Spain then Wrote "Beast Mode" starring C Thomas Howell, James Duval and Ray Wise with Drew Fortune & Chris Freeman, who also helped Co-Direct the film. The movie won 4 1st place Film Festival Awards and is available worldwide via Streaming and BluRay/DVD. Spain has recently moved back to Atlanta and is working on a several TV pilots as well as a screenplay for a new Feature Film.
