Lisa McFadden

Lisa McFadden is a writer director living in Los Angeles. Originally from Dallas, Texas, Lisa has a BA in Psychology from the University of North Texas and an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas. Lisa moved to LA several years ago to pursue screenwriting where she has written several television pilots and feature screenplays. Her scripts have placed in writing competitions in both Austin and Los Angeles. In 2018, she took her career a step further writing and directing her first short film, The Ill-Timed Enlightenment of Jason Voorhees, which was an official selection at film festivals across the country and placed as a semi-finalist for Best Comedy Short at the Burbank Film Festival and as a Finalist for Best Short Film at the USA Film Festival. She is a member of Women in Film LA and the Alliance of Women Directors.
