Kathryn Schuback is an accomplished Australian actor who grew up on a farm in the hills behind Byron Bay. With little access to the big city, her passion and initial training was based on the local stage under the guide of some inspiring teachers. With her father and uncles singers and musicians in a long-standing, local band, alongside her siblings, Kathryn was grounded in a musical family before she took off to become a graduate of QUT. After some time in Brisbane, Sydney and South Africa, Kathryn went on a 15 month cultural and environmental adventure through Central and South America, Europe, Nepal, India and parts of South-East Asia, staying with local families, learning Spanish and exploring the Alps on 3 continents. Returning to Sydney, her passion for storytelling and the film industry grew. Kathryn continued to work on stage, film and television, while raising her three beautiful children. Best known for playing the role of Katie in the feature film "The 5th Shadow", more recently being cast as resident Paramedic, Charlie in "Home & Away", as well as roles in "Love Child", "Deadly Women" and the feature film "War is Beautiful". In 2017, she was cast in Abe Forsythe's feature film "Little Monsters" (2019), starring Lupita Nyong'o, Josh Gad, Alexander England and Kat Stewart, which also starred her son, Jack.
