Petroula Kaneti-Dimmer

Petroula is an actress & screenwriter born and raised in Stoke Newington, London. She is married with one son. Fed up with the lack of female roles on TV and Film she decided to start writing her own material. She has written several sketches & shorts. Often drawing from her life experience of the many different types of jobs that she has done over the years. Her first short that she wrote - Choices, (which she co-produced and acted in), won Best Short Film at independent film festival - Artists for a Better World 2011. She is a member of Women in Film and Television.
