Darrell Rackley

Darrell Rackley, author/actor, born March 9,1964, grew up in Columbus, Georgia as a military brat, Moved to Newport News, Virginia, when he was a teenager. Interested in martial arts, he studied and trained in Taekwondo. He joined the United States Army in 1982 and went to Fort Sill, Oklahoma, home of the king of battle, field artillery and spent 5 years in the service. He is married and has three children. He writes children's books called The Rack Pack about his childhood. The Rack Pack movie was shot in 2016 about his life, with a 2017 release date. He now resides in Oak Island, North Carolina.
