Sam Kinsey gained immediate success in his first year in Hollywood booking a major recurring role as Beauregard Langdon, on the hit series American Horror Story created by Ryan Murphy on FX. American Horror Story has been well received by television critics, but the majority of the praise going towards the cast, which Sam has a pivotal role in Season 1: Murder House and Season 8: Apocalypse. Sam's character Beauregard, known as Beau, is the son of Constance, ( Jessica Lange ) and Hugo Langdon, brother to Tate (Evan Peters ), Adelaide ( Jamie Brewer ) and Rose Langdon. Beau is one of the trapped spirits that haunt the murder house with his red ball. But unlike most of the haunting ghosts that have died in the house, he is known for having a very kind and innocent soul. He lived in the attic of the murder house, where he was kept chained up by his mother. Constance couldn't bear the thought of having Beau taken away. So, to avoid Beau from being institutionalized by Child Protection Services for neglect, She decided to have Larry Harvey ( Denis O'Hare ) smother him to death with a pillow. That way his spirit would live on forever in the murder house, where she could visit him whenever she wanted. The amazing cast has won numerous awards including Jessica Lange, who won two Emmy Awards, a Golden Globe and a Screen Actors Guild Award.
