Imani T. Williams was born in the DMV, (DC, Maryland, Virginia) USA. She grew up in Alexandra, Virginia then graduated from Friendly High School class of 2006 in Prince Georges County, Maryland. Graduating from Friendly High School she attended Trinity Washington University in Washington DC on a full basketball scholarship then transferring to Frostburg State University, She is the only daughter of Carlise Taylor along three brothers, Darryl, Loren, and Desmond. Being the only girl growing up with three brothers she learned to love to play sports from basketball, softball, flag football, cheerleading, and skateboarding. She eventually moved to Miami, Florida and began modeling right away appearing in several national print advertisements. Imani continued being casted in commercial, print work for catalogs and theatre throughout Florida. Imani realized she wanted to pursue her acting career once featured on the television series "Burn Notice" starring Jeffrey Donovan, Gabrielle Anwar, and Bruce Campbell airing on USA. Imani began studying acting scripts and scene study with Acting Program Pinnacle Actors Group in Fort Lauderdale Florida preparing for her move to Los Angeles to showcase her natural talents in The Pinnacle Actors Showcase, Months later she relocated to Los Angeles, California receiving the top interest out of all 22 agents and managers for interviews. Guest-starring on the television series "Disaster Date" and "General Hospital" Imani received her SAG Eligible within her first six months in Los Angeles also landing the lead role in a Nike Commercial. In additional to her acting career she is also a talented dancer appearing as a lead in many hip hop music videos while in Miami, with the experience of Jazz and Tap Dancing. Imani Williams is one of Hollywood's most promising young talents as her career continues to evolve with exciting and new challenging projects
