Born in Baldwin Park, California, George grew up in the cultural melting pot of the East San Gabriel Valley. A natural cold-reader at a young age, George was regularly chosen by teachers to read aloud to the class due to his ability to instantly portray all the characters in any story he read. This led to roles in grammar school and church plays, which George usually performed with disinterest. Having aspirations at a young age to be a musician, George taught himself guitar at the age of 13, although his shyness prevented him from playing in front of anyone but his close friends. Having changed high schools between his sophomore and junior year, by happenstance the typing class he chose as an elective was already full, so his only other choice was drama. Within a year he was drama class president and won the Bank of America award for Excellence in the Dramatic Arts in 1982. After a three year stint in the Army as a Military Policeman, George resumed his dreams of rock n roll stardom and formed a band called "True Rumour" in 1987, playing local college pubs and parties when they could find gigs, the band split in 1988. George studied radio broadcasting and communications on the G.I. Bill, then took an extended break from higher learning after a few failed attempts to pass college algebra. He worked as a mobile D.J., sat in with a few bands, and performed solo acoustic gigs to mostly empty coffee houses before finding his way back to live theater in 1994. Since then, George has acted in nearly 20 live theatrical productions, produced sound for nearly 50 live productions, and recorded musical orchestration for theatrical productions such as "Annie," "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat," "The Music Man," and "The Last 5 Years." Recently George has found his way back into radio as the morning show host for a station located in Santa Clarita, CA, and has expanded his film credentials through a series of independent films.
