Vicki Welles

Vicki was born in Cape Town, South Africa. She attended Herschel Girls High School, matriculating with an A average. She went on to Stellenbosch University, where she studied a Bachelor of Drama and Theatre Studies, majoring in acting and physical theatre, and graduating 3rd in her class. After university, Vicki moved to England and attended the Oxford School of Drama, obtaining a post-graduate diploma in Professional acting. The training at The Oxford School of Drama is method-based. Vicki started dancing at the age of four, training in Jazz, Contemporary and Hip Hop. She competed on the Hip Hop circuit in Cape Town between the ages of fourteen and twenty. She has one older sister, Cathy, as well as an older half brother and half sister.
