I am a dreamer. I grew up in Corporate America and learned from some of the best leaders and innovators in the world but throughout my career, never lost the desire to work in the entertainment industry. I could often be heard from my corporate office telling my colleagues that "someday I will..." I was saying "someday I will ..." for more than 20 years and like so many of us, it took a difficult life altering event to wake me up. The creation of Breakthrough Casting was the day I said "today is the day." Breakthrough Casting is the result of what happens when you stop listening to all the reasons you cant do something and instead listen to the voice within that says you can. Sometimes, just saying "today is the day" is all it takes for a Breakthrough.
