Veli Diktas was born in a small village, Mezre, in the middle of Turkey. It is a Kurdish village that lays in the province Sivas. At age 7, his father Hasan Diktas who was working in the Netherlands as a guestworker, moved Veli, his mother Kibar, his younger brother Hüseyin, his older brother Riza and his older sister Huriye to the big city of Istanbul. This happened for economical reasons at that time. In Istanbul, Veli went to a elementary school where everything was done and said in Turkish, the language that he so far had never spoken. At age 10, Veli's father brought his family to the Netherlands, to a little place named Hengelo. This is the place where his youngest brother was born Erol. In Hengelo, Veli started school again in the 4th grade of elementary school De Wildrink. He was taking double classes because the 1st, 2th and 3th grade were a part of his education as well, again in a new language he had never spoken before. After Wildrink elementary school, Veli moved on to the secondary education LTS, this was a technology education. This was a short term education for him, it was something outside of his interests. At the age of 16 he plays an act and resigns himself from the education and admitted himself to a trainings center. This was a center for younger people, here Veli participated with theater and photography. From that moment on, Veli has never stopped with theatre and participated in a lot of parts, for passion and fun. From this day on Veli has been a part of several productions as a actor in: TV Films, children's series and commercials. The most significant assignment so far is: Are All Men Pedophiles.
