Aviad was born on October 7,1995 in Jerusalem, Israel to David and Lisah Bernstein. He grew up with his 2 younger sisters, Elianna and Dani. He and his sisters attended the Jewish Day School in Rockville, Maryland. After singing in the shower one too many times, he decided to apply his prior acrobatic and gymnastics skills to performing around the area in local dinner theaters and Professional Theatre of the like. After numerous trips to and from New York City and several roles later, he decided to move out West to Los Angeles with his father in 2011 at the age of 15. Aviad's acting debut featured him on an episode of Larry David's Curb Your Enthusiasm on HBO (2000), where he began developing a greater love for the screen. Aviad's first lead role was his appearance as Frye in Henry Alex Rubin's Disconnect (2012) , starring Jason Bateman and Alexander Skarsgard. After that, he was cast as Jamie Feldman in the Showtime Series Ray Donovan (2013). Aviad then returned to New York City to perform alongside the Rockettes at Radio City Music Hall. In addition to acting, Aviad is a nationally ranked gymnast and spent time in Israel as an acrobat with Jerusalem's touring circus troop. He is also a martial artist, having studied Krav Maga and Kickboxing for 6 years. If he isn't studying for an audition, he is either flipping, kicking, or back to singing in the shower.
