Alafair Wayne, formerly Rocky Easley II, is an Entrepreneur, Political Organizer, and Events & Film Producer. He is the founder of Easley Creative, a globally dispersed full-service digital agency specializing in events, media, and marketing headquartered in Los Angeles, CA. Previously, Alafair was the Events Organizer for Reform L.A. Jails on the Measure R Campaign (CA) which was in the U.S. Presidential Primary Election on March 3rd, 2020, winning at 73%. Measure R granted the Sheriff's Department Civilian Oversight Commission (COC) with subpoena power to independently investigate misconduct and require L.A. County to invest in public priorities like rehabilitation, housing, and mental health treatment with redirected costs from reduced jail populations, per a plan mandated of the COC. Alafair was also the Statewide Volunteer Coordinator on Yes on Prop 16 (CA) which was in the U.S. Presidential Election on November 3rd, 2020. Proposition 16 was a statewide proposition to end California's ban on Affirmative Action and provide Californians with racial and gender equality in education, housing, employment, and technology. He was also a team member of the voter contact unit for the GAining Ground Campaign (GA) with Southern Crossroads and Showing Up for Racial Justice (SURJ), which was on the Georgia Runoff Election on January 5, 2021, to establish Democratic control of the Senate and gaining ground in the state. Alafair was also the Media and Communications Director & Events Manager at Randy Fuhrman Events, a full-service catering and event production company, serving clients such as Time Warner Cable, Walt Disney Company, Sony Animation, among others. With over a decade worth of experience, he has directed and produced independent films that have been screened at the Cannes Film Festival, Hollywood Black Film Festival, and the Pasadena International Film Festival. Alafair's work has been featured in Rolling Stone, L.A. Times, L.A. Weekly, N.Y. Times, Washington Post and multiple other industry specific publications.
