Born in Detroit, Michigan to Vickie and Lamont Rippy in 1986. Started modeling clothing in fashion shows in and around the Detroit area as a child. At the age of 7 D'Andre' Rippy started training under his uncle Master Marvis Cofield learning the styles of TaeKwondo and Tang Soo Do. After a decade D'Andre went on to learning an African style of martial arts called Alkebedo. After demonstrating and fighting in tournaments across the country he continues to train. D'Andre' started doing background roles for various films such as Blackout (2001) while spending his summer vacations in Canada with Grandparents. As a child D'Andre' has always had the gift of making people laugh. He followed some of the great stand up comics such as Bill Cosby. It wouldn't be long before he began to follow their footsteps. After graduating high school in 2004, D'Andre' attended Wayne State University for secondary education with a minor in theater. D'Andre' training and martial arts background eventually lead to one of his favorite actors Wesley Snipes offering him a role as a stunt fighter in his 2010 film "Game Of Death" shot in Detroit. In 2009 D'Andre' began performing stand-up at comedy clubs throughout cities of the east coast. Some cities includes Detroit, An Arbor, Lansing, before expanding to Chicago and other major cities opening up for some well known comedians such as D.L. Hughley, Tim Allen, Mike Epps, Dane Cook and more.
