Shaun Kevin Clawson was born on February 1, 1989 in Sacramento, California. His mother, Jacinta Clawson, is a License Vocational Nurse for the County of Sacramento, his grandmother, Maria Clark, is retired from working in the cafeteria at Kaiser Permanente, who passed away on December 18, 2015; due to health conditions, and younger sibling, Sharon Clawson, working on her Psychiatrist and Modeling careers. Clawson has German, Malaysian, and Indian ancestry. While studying at California State University, Sacramento, he got accepted to compete in the worldwide competition held in Los Angeles "International Modeling and Talent Agency," receiving third place in theatrical headshot performance and also received an opportunity to enhance his talent and skills as an actor by going to The New York Conservatory of Dramatic Arts. Shaun had earned his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry. After graduation in 2013, he landed a job working for the State of California. He had worked for the Department of Consumer Affairs for the Board of Barbering and Cosmetology as an Associate Governmental Program Analyst. After the completion of training and school, Shaun worked for Division Media Productions getting Co-Star and Leading roles in Undead (2009), Something in the Way (2010), Civic Overture (2011), and Acting Out (2012). Shaun is now working on his new multiple episode series The Neucomers (2016), The Shop (2016), and Netflix series 13 Reasons Why (2018). Also in 2018, Shaun landed his final career goal within his declared major with the State of California with the Department of Public Health as an Environmental Scientist for the Manufactured Cannabis Safety Branch in Los Angeles, CA. The major turning point in Clawson's career came with the exclusive agent contract signing with Northwest Models and Talent (2019) and Wild Models Talent Agency (2020), working on multiple projects, Then She Was Gone (2019), Big Feat (2020), and Timeless (2020).
