Kirstin Kluver started her acting career on stage, and has continued to shape her craft to include film, voice over and performance art. Growing up in the Midwest doesn't limit her work to location, she has performed in many states in the Midwest as well as the west coast. She has had the joy of working with Directors such as Shawn Wright on "Kill em All", Mark Morton on "Outside of Town", Chad Eddy on "PerfectMatch". Her performance in Hunger Artists' "The Fixer" got her a nomination for best supporting actress in the Action on Film festival in California and continued on to win Best Short Film in the Omaha Film Festival in 2012. She is the recipient of many stage awards; some of her favorite performances include Adelaide in "Guys and Dolls" (OEA, Omaha TAG, OCP awards for Best Actress in a Musical.); Roxie in "Chicago (OCP award for best supporting); Woman C in the Bluebarn's production of "Three Tall Women" and Pamela in "39 Steps." She also enjoys working with the contemporary performance company "ætherplough", her participation in "Passion Play" and "Full Circle" opened her up to more experimental live performance. Kirstin has had the opportunity to work under the direction of visual artist, Douglas Fitch as a puppeteer for a production of Hansel and Gretel with the LA Opera. She has performed as a Marilyn Monroe impersonator and was honored to perform at a gala on the Queen Mary in Long Beach for Hugh Hefner and June DiMaggio. Kirstin was trained in Los Angeles by the highly acclaimed Elizabeth Mestnik Acting Studio and received her BFA for performance at Creighton University.
