Meghan Stabler is a business executive, a transsexual woman, a transgender advocate and national LGBT activist. By day she is an Advisor (VP) at CA Technologies, a multi-billion dollar IT management software and solutions company. In her spare time she is a member of the Board of Directors for the Human Rights Campaign (HRC), a member of HRC's Business Council focusing on LGBT workplace issues, policy and practices, and a member of Obama 2012 LGBT Leadership Circle. As a nationally recognized spokesperson, LGBT advocate and savvy political pundit Meghan has appeared globally on the television, radio and print media representing a number of industry, LGBT and political issues. Meghan is an inspirational keynote speaker, a regular contributor to the LGBT Political Radio show "Same Sex Sunday" and often interviewed by ABC, NBC, and CBS. Meghan recently appeared on ESPN documentary discussing sports and the LGBT community. Meghan uses her no-nonsense approach to advise a number of international governments, including the US Senate and House of Representatives. She lobbies the State of Texas legislature when in session and twice a year lobbies the US Congress on LGBT rights. In June 2008 and 2009 she submitted hearing testimony to the US Senate and US House of Representatives on LGBT Workplace issues. Meghan has briefed the Congressional LGBT Caucus on LGBT parity and was invited by the White House to the signing of DADT Repeal by the President in December, 2010. Meghan is active sought by State legislators from Texas to Connecticut to provide expert testimony on LGBT employment-, housing-, workplace- discrimination and relationship recognition.
