Jonthan Moxley was born in Wood bridge, VA to Fred and Ines Moxley. He was an active child taking up Tae Kwon Do at the Junior Olympic level as a youth. Also a National pee wee Football Champion as tight end. Then while in high school was on the chess team, won first place at his local skate park skateboarding, also on a side note Jonathan says, he went to the same skate park as Gregg Curtin the Las Vegas dance lead in the star group Fighting Gravity who won the America's Got Talent and whose brother Jack Curtin is a professional Skateboarder. " me and Gregg Curtin both loved the skateboard shoe "the Lynx" by DC" Jonathan Moxley mentions. Jonathan also was a varsity Wrestler as a Freshman all through High school qualifying into states but not winning. with interest in sports as well. Jonathan Moxley was a awarded photographer within his community in up state New York. At this time Jonathan Moxley continued Training in Tae Kwon Do with the West Point Army Cadets and getting a chance to travel with the team before Graduating High school in 07' Jonathan Moxley went to the same Military Community College as Owen Wilson; New Mexico Military Institute and was an academic scholarship awarded cadet,in the medicine club,astronomy club, A physical Fitness instructor to the core of cadets, as well as a baseball students aid to the Bronco baseball team. This is where Jonathan got into acting after sneaking off post, to go to a rock show with some fellow cadets, he came back to find himself on the set of the George Clooney, Ewan McGregor, Kevin Spacey, and Jeff bridges film The Men Who Stare at Goats, released in 09'. Being one of the extras this sparked interest in an acting career. After leaving school, missing the east coast and its lush greenery. He attended two more colleges one being Virginia Commonwealth University Richmond, VA. The same location where Daniel Day-Lewis's Lincoln was filmed and many more films where made. the other school being State University of New York Maritime College where they filmed The Amazing Spiderman II. Jonathan Moxley expanded into acting taking side gigs and doing odd jobs, even as a janitor. While during this time Jonathan has worked out with Navy Seals and Stew Smith's Heroes of Tomorrow program in Maryland in the early mornings of the week, as well as continued making appearances as a stand-in actor and extra in three more films Touchstone (indie/Drama), Bare Bones (animation/ short) as the lead animated vampire named "mike", Her Tango (indie/drama), and as an extra in Woody Allen's untilted film, featuring Emma Stone and Hakeem Phoenix in the span from 09'- 14'.
