Jeff Kimble was born in Defiance, Ohio and raised in Battle Creek, Michigan. He studied art, literature and writing in college, spent a year teaching English in the islands of Micronesia and moved to Phoenix, Arizona after being discharged from the U.S.Army in 2001. Jeff wrote and directed the feature film "Golf Cart Jihad," a surrealistic dark comedy about a U.S. Marine and his return to civilian life which won "Best Feature Film" at the International Filmmaker's Festival of World Cinema, London in 2015. Jeff completed his second feature film, "The Dutchman" (in which he also played a lead role) which went on to win "Best Drama" at the Laughlin International Film Festival, "Best Arizona Film" at the Jerome International Film Festival and Official Selection of the Las Cruces International Film Festival and the Phoenix Film Festival in 2017. In 2018, Jeff appeared as the arson investigator "Rick Jones" on the real-life murder mystery series "People Magazine Investigates." Also in 2018, Jeff was cast as the lead reporter in the NBA/Wealth Simple commercial with Phoenix Suns player Mikal Bridges and he starred as "Dick" in the comedy web series "Dick and Dank." In 2019, Jeff played the lead role of "Dave The Dude" in the Don Bluth Theatre production of "Lady For a Day" (directed by Harmon Swartz) and "Howard Siegel" in the Mesa Encore Theatre production of "Boy Gets Girl" (directed by Van Rockwell.) His third feature film "Love Gods From Planet Zero" (which Jeff co-wrote, directed and starred in with Jason Nohovig) was completed in 2021 and is touring the film festival circuit through 2022. Also in 2021, Jeff was cast as "Father William Bradley" in the Justin Rose production of "Run Rabbit," a feature drama concerning a series of brutal murders on catholic clergy and city police. Release date set for March of 2022.
