Tim Moriarty is a Minnesota native, born in the small town of Belle Plaine, population of 2,500 counting most cats and dogs living five miles outside the town on a small farm of 120 acres where his family settled in the mid 1800s most likely in late spring out of shanty Irish laziness. His family was and are from good blood most all were farmers and factory workers with a smattering of teachers , judges and lawyers. Tim learned to tend for himself and his four siblings, at a tender age of 13 when his mother passed away, followed by his father 4 years later, succumbing to brain cancer. He declared his own independence by joining the navy at age 17; serving the country for two years. It was during this time that he started to dream of being in the film industry. With just a backpack and sleeping bag with him, he cruised to California on his motor bike. He landed a job at the US post office, where he had a 35 year stint. His dream of becoming an actor was kept to the sideline, when he started a family. It was about 2005 when he finally pursued his dream, by taking acting and improv classes at the Caroline Berry School of Acting. He started networking with people in the industry; introducing himself to fellow actors; from whom he learned the ins and outs of the business. His first acting stint was portraying Joe, a bartender in a music video by the group" Panic at the Disco". This first acting experience inspired him to take more classes to enhance his acting ability; and, at the same time go on auditions, juggling a fulltime postman job and racing to auditions until retiring from the us postal service in 2014 which opened up much time for personal acting classes from a Shakespearian trained actor and director Tim OMAN. He, likewise, obtained the services of CESD Talent Agency of Beverly Hills.
