Megan Callahan-Shah

Megan Elizabeth Callahan was born in Downers Grove, Illinois, to Jane, a school teacher, and Paul Callahan, an artist. A former student at St. Louis University, Megan majored in Biology Pre-Med and French for two years, before transferring to NYU Tisch School of the Arts. She graduated in 2007 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. She began her career at Saturday Night Live (1975) as an intern, working her way up for nine years as a receptionist and assistant. As of 2015, she is a writer for SNL's Weekend Update.
