Jeremy Rhynes was born January 5, 1982 in Corpus Christi, TX. Jeremy's father is of Welsh/Irish/Polish ancestry, while his mother is of Scots-Scandinavian descent. Jeremy's fondness for the stage and performing began at an early age, fueled by a captivation with animation and the Steven Spielberg classic film "E.T - The Extra Terrestrial". Jeremy's earliest performing involvement was primarily musical, singing with school and church choirs from an early age, and continuing on to university at East Texas Baptist University as a voice and composition major. His stage work during this time revolved primarily around small musicals and sketches for his church, in which he was very active. Performances and music were put on hold in 2001 - 2003, during which he served a short term in the United States Marine Corps Reserves, as a Radio Operator with 14th Marines Headquarters Battery, in Dallas-Ft. Worth, TX. He was administratively discharged from the Marines in early 2003. Jeremy made his film debut doing stunt work for Randy Fabert's "Psycho Killer," and was introduced to Joe Kidd and Iabou Windimere, with whom he has an ongoing personal and professional relationship, while working on this production. He has gone on to act and star in several short films, and is involved primarily in producing short films at this time. In 2016, Jeremy was awarded his shodan, or 1st degree black belt, in Satori-Ryu. Goju-Ryu karate, by Sensei Michael Kenjiro Wayne, 9th degree black belt and founder of Satori-Ryu Goju-Ryu. He is (in 2016) completing a teaching certification course in this style.
