Jake started his career by modeling at 6 months old. Immediately, Jake became the worldwide Baby Gap model. Ford modeling signed him afterwards. Jake consistently appeared in ads and magazine covers everywhere. Jake began his acting career at 8 years old signing with the prestigious Coast to Coast talent agency.
