Ofelia Popii is a Romanian film and theater actress .She was born on February 9 1978 in Arad, Romania.She graduated from The Faculty of Theater of the Babes-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca in 2001. In 2001, she plays first role in the movie Grand Hotel Victoria.Other notable roles in Quod erat demonstrandum (2013), Moon Hotel Kabul (2018) and Portrete în padure (2017) .Play on the stage of the theater ''Radu Stanca'' in Sibiu.UNITER Award for Best Actress, in 2008 , 2011 and 2019.2015 Gopo Award for Best Actress in a Leading Role.She is married with actor Ciprian Scurtea, with whom she has a daughter Sofia Luna .
