Ashley Aonyea possesses an edginess that sets her apart from the typical girl-next-door type actress- born, raised and educated in North Carolina. In college, Aonyea enhanced her artistic skills with runway modeling. Hence, these creative roots catapulted this multi-talented artist to NYC, a mere 10 days after graduating from college, to pursue her dreams as an actor and model. It didn't take long for things to materialize! After being offered a modeling contract with Wilhelmina, Aonyea's modeling career in New York was nothing less than steady. Her work includes: Talent Escort (MTV Hip-Hop honors), appearance on the Emmy Award-winning Rachal Ray daytime talk show. The Dr. Oz Show, The Mel Robbins show, and appearances in commercials, as well as Bollywood films to name a few. Aonyea's background in dance, theater, and music make her an extremely well-rounded artist with an amazing on-camera presence and ability to captivate. To further hone her talents, Aonyea attended Grad school at the prestigious American Academy of Dramatic Arts (NYC), widely known as the "Cradle to the Stars" due to its stunning reputation of influential alumni. Aonyea is also a vocalist and when she is not performing, Aonyea shares her time operating her Herbalist Oil company Love Aonyea.
