Marc Assiniwi

Born in Longueuil, Quebec and raised in Maniwaki from the age of 12 until he went to college. Son of French speaking, First Nations actor, writer, historian Dr. Bernard Assiniwi D.h.c and of Marina Assiniwi. Proud Member of the First Nations of Canada. He studied communications at Algonquin College in Ottawa, Ontario, and Arts at Manitoulin Foundation in Ontario before joining the Canadian Citizenship and Immigration department. Because of his father, Marc as always been around the entertainment industry. Be it as an actor, producer or researcher. Marc has also extensive knowledge of First Nations history and culture thanks to having closely worked with his father until Dr Assiniwi's passing.
