Beth E. Barry is an American actor originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Her grandparents were immigrants from Ireland and Croatia. She began her acting career in musical theatre as a 10 year old in "Annie Get Your Gun." She continued to be involved in public school theatre and music programs until she graduated. She was introduced to opera as a teen-ager and considers it her "first love." She won spots in various choruses and theatre productions including Pittsburgh opera's summer youth program. She was guided into studying TV/film production and graduated from Ohio University in Athens with a Bachelor of Science in Communications. Her first job was working at The Magic Lantern in Pittsburgh as a production assistant. Beth is a stage and screen performer. One of her favorite performances was as the Human Sacrifice in Hawaii Opera Theatre's 2012 production of AIDA. She earned her SAG-AFTRA card after a featured role in "Hawaii 5-0." She is also a proud member of Actor's Equity. She has been an educator as well as an actor for over 25 years. She has lived and taught in Japan, Korea, Mexico, England and the USA.
