Alicia Oberle Farmer

Dr. Alicia Oberle Farmer is an award-winning director/screenwriter/producer and is known for her work on City of Salt (2019), Polygamy Gone Wrong (2020), The Witch of Wander Lane (2020) The Cell 2 (2009), The Girl on the Wall (2018), and Quaestio (2018). She is from Salt Lake City, Utah. Farmer, also known as Dr. A, is a multi-talent and is well-known for her successes as a film director, screenwriter, producer, actress, published cover model, photographer, artist, and published academic writer. She earned her PhD in Education in 2018, an achievement that she claims has helped her manage, direct, and mentor during film productions. Many of the themes in Farmer's films were inspired by cultural folklore, ancient literature, art history, and local Utah stories/experiences.
