Koldo Olabarri was born on November 19, in Bilbao, Basque Country, Spain. In that city was where he began his acting career but he moved to Madrid and nowadays he is working between both cities. He has worked with Penélope Cruz and Antonio Banderas at "Official Competition", a film by the Argentines Gastón Duprat and Mariano Cohn. He has also participated in several of the most successful Spanish series as "The Ministery of Time", "Vamos Juan", "La Línea Invisible", "Centro Médico", "Goenkale".... He has starred in the acclaimed short film "Three Times", which is now up for the Goya Awards and for which he has won three awards for best actor. Theater occupies an important part of his career and he has been able to work with the best stage directors such as LLuís Pasqual or Calixto Bieito.
