Conan Jurek Karpinski is a South African Composer, Songwriter, & Director living in Vancouver, BC. Conan started recording music at a young age and has developed his style and diverse catalogue through years of collaboration & exploration. He is a multi-instrumentalist who has dawned an array of creative personas; most notably the lead songwriter and frontman of Canadian Rock band "Soul Push" (signed to Riptide Music Group, LA), acoustic folk artist "Conan Jurek", and record producer for multiple hip-hop acts in the Western Canadian scene. His most recent achievement is composing original music, alongside Andrew Dixon, for the award-winning feature film "Portraits from a Fire" (Directed by Trevor Mack). His work can be found on Netflix, Crave, Apple TV, & MTV in various series and feature films. Conan's directing work began as a necessity for his own band, Soul Push, and quickly grew into a passionate career. His portfolio gained attention from local and international record labels which led him to work closely with talents such as Sony Music's "Young Bombs", and Nettwerk's "Jon Bryant". In 2021 Conan started the production company We Make Noise with producer Andrew Dixon, and the partnership quickly grew into a production house developing artsy music videos and creative commercials. While living in London, Conan started a recording studio and helped develop artists from across the UK & Ireland. His recording studio still runs to this day in Vancouver, Canada. From music to film... there are no limits that Conan sets for himself when it comes to creativity. "Music & Art is not about finding your identity, it's about exploring many different ones." - Conan Jurek Karpinski
